This is the most popular service taken up by members. We offer discounted buildings insurance especially designed for rented property. Our aim is to try and ensure members save at least the cost of annual membership which is normally done.

This website has literally hundreds if not thousands of articles and guidance relating to landlord and tenant law. As much as possible has been put together into simple to follow series or guidance notes for ease of reading.

Members may download or order by telephone for posting a whole array of legal documents. We believe we provide the most comprehensive list of legal documents of any landlords association in the UK.

Regular Updates

We always try and update our twitter time-line (see our sidebar on the right) whenever we publish a new article or amend an existing article. In addition, if there is something of significant importance (for example a new law being announced) we will email all members with details. If there is something really really significant happening (for example when the tenancy deposit schemes legislation was published) we will write and post a letter to all members.
