This is not a question but I would like to thank Adrian and the Guild for all the help given during a recent Section 8 possession which became a dispair case. It has had a very satisfactory outcome. I have been a member of ARLA in the past and had dealings with the NLA and can honestly say The Guild of Residential Landlords is a class above and offer a excellent service second to none.

What is the correct format for a rent statement. Our tenancy agrrements are per week as we deal with housing benefit?

We have a few properties that will run out of their fixed rate this year. This is a wld shot is there any way to to take out some form of ‘loan ‘ covering all the properties that would give a more favourable rate than taking out individual mortgages. In each of the properties there approximatly 60% equity. I have heard of some kind of ‘factoring’ which would cover this type of loan but not sure if this is spellt...
