The Guild a premier service, a cut above the rest.

This is not a question but I would like to thank Adrian and the Guild for all the help given during a recent Section 8 possession which became a dispair case. It has had a very satisfactory outcome. I have been a member of ARLA in the past and had dealings with the NLA and can honestly say The Guild of Residential Landlords is a class above and offer a excellent service second to none.

Rent Increase

The last time rent was put up for this tenancy to £500 was on 3rd March 2008. Those tenants moved out and new tenants took over the tenancy on 1st October 2010 paying £550. We have a few properties that will run out of their fixed rate this year. This is a wld shot is there any way to to take out some form of ‘loan ‘ covering all the properties that would give a more favourable rate than taking out individual mortgages.
