Landlord Wants Tenant to Leave (England)

dates of service and c215 form

after a problem i had recently i thought i would ask what dates i should be putting on the 215

Notice served Thurs 9th Feb 2017
N5 – question 5 – on the 09/02/2017 a notice etc…
The notice expired (what do i put here, a straight 2 months? i.e. 9th april 2017?
215 – on what day served – 9th Feb 2017
The date of service is – ?? again confused as what to put here, should it be Monday 13th feb and does that conflict with anything?

    In order to answer the notice question, you would need to look at the notice itself and see what expiry date it contains. If it’s one of ours with no date, is it a pre-October 2015 tenancy and what are the monthly rent days for the tenancy (e.g. rent payable 15th of the month).

    In order to answer the certificate of service question, how was the notice served (hand delivery or post)?
