Section 8 – Forms Method

You have decided to commence proceedings using the forms method.

First you need to download the two required forms. N5 is here and N119 is here. Ensure you have both forms ready to complete.

You should also have the section 8 notice, tenancy agreement and rent schedule available.

Next you should download the sample completed forms (or use them as templates).

Claimant: Insert names and addresses of ALL landlord’s

Defendant: Insert all tenants names and tenancy address

Which (includes) … : Delete “does not include” and the court will complete the hearing date section
