Section 8 notice seeking possession
The section 8 notice seeking possession which is most commonly used by landlords when a tenant is two months or more in arrears is having another change in respect of tenancies in England.
From 6 April 2016, a new notice must be used.

Since April 2015, there has been a version of the form to be used in England and a different version for Wales (the Wales version is unchanged).
Section 13 rent increase notice
One method of increasing the rent of an assured shorthold tenancy is by way of a section 13 notice.
In addition to changes to the section 8 notice, the section 13 rent increase notice is also being changed for England.
There is a version of the form for England and a different version to be used for Wales (the Wales version is unchanged).
The Section 13 notice on our website will be updated from the 6 April 2016.
Assured Agricultural Occupancy rent increase
Finally, the regulations also make a change in England to the form for increasing the rent in respect of an assured agricultural occupancy tenancy or licence.
