We provide complimentary radiator and services cabinet keys to all tenants. It’s a bit mean to open the meter cabinet at the check-in, photograph the meter and then lock the cabinet and say to the tenant ‘if you want to open the cabinet again you will need to go and buy yourself a cabinet key’ 😀
