If you wish to use our tenant referencing service, we require the prospective tenant or prospective guarantor to have signed a declaration allowing us to conduct the appropriate tenant referencing checks. This has been updated for GDPR.
If you use our application for accommodation, the declaration is already built in. However, if you prefer to use your own application form, this page can be added to the back and will allow you to use our tenancy assessment check.
Also included is a guarantor declaration which is to be used with your own guarantor application form.
