If taking a deposit prior to tenancy commencing, this document ensures the deposit is a “reservation fee” until the tenancy agreement is signed.

Once a tenancy has been granted, the reservation fee becomes a “deposit in connection with a tenancy” and only then needs protecting.

This document is in PDF format and can be completed on screen before printing. It is also suitable for online e-signature apps.
