  • Employer’s liability – Limit of indemnity of £10million upon request
  • No exclusion for malicious damage caused by tenants
  • A dedicated claims handling service.

Excesses:

  • Subsidence and Malicious Damage Caused by tenants – £1000
  • Storm and Flood – £500
  • Escape of Water  and/or Oil – £750
  • Any other damage – £100
