Energy Performance Certificates
It is a legal requirement for landlords to provide an energy performance certificate (EPC) to “prospective” tenants from 1 October 2008.
The Guild of Residential Landlords is able to supply EPC’s anywhere in England or Wales at a discounted rate for members.

How to order
- Using the “Order an EPC” link below
- Complete the very simple form (up to 5 can be ordered at once)
- Select and make the appropriate payment (quantity and type)
- We send the order to our suppliers
- Supplier contacts you to arrange access (contacts number you provided)
- Assessor attends property at a mutually convenient time and produces EPC
- Assessor sends EPC to us and we promptly forward to you
