Granting AST

F033 Confirmation Certificate (DPS) If you receive a deposit from a person other than the tenant (for example parents), under the Deposit Protection Service (custodial scheme) this person is a “relevant person”. Under the scheme rules, the landlord must supply the relevant person details of the deposit and confirmation that it has been protected.
F034 Standing Order (Tenant to Landlord) Simple form for tenant to complete in order to set up a standing order. Landlord can then send the form to the tenants bank
F035 Management Regulations If you wish to add your own terms to the guild tenancy agreement, our tenancy requires the tenant to comply with “management regulations”. This is a word document template for you to create your own management regulations

Notice from a tenant to a landlord surrendering a tenancy. This is a rarely used notice and you should contact us before using it to confirm it is appropriate.

F076 Notice to Impose Tenant to Take Delivery of Goods If a tenant leaves goods at a property after vacating a landlord may need to serve notice requiring tenant to take delivery of goods. This is the prescribed form
F077 Notice of Intention to Sell Goods If a tenant leaves goods at a property after vacating a landlord may need to serve notice Informing the tenant that the landlord intends to sell the goods. This is the prescribed form

Where a landlord has an address for the tenant (which you should have from the beginning of the tenancy) the landlord must serve a notice of intention to make a single claim
