By 23rd November this year, all landlords in Wales need to be registered with Rent Smart Wales. In addition to that, landlords who self-manage and/or manage other landlords’ property also need to obtain a licence. One of the criteria for obtaining a licence is to attend a one day licensing course. A majority of the courses are taught in English and depending on demand, some will be taught in Welsh.

This brief note is to let you know that Rent Smart Wales is now offering a landlord licensing course taught in Welsh in Cardiff on Wednesday 14/09.

The main areas covered will include:

  • General overview about renting
  • Pre-tenancy issues
  • Setting up a tenancy
  • Responsibilities and liabilities
  • During tenancy
  • Ending a tenancy

Cost (per person): £100.00

Venue Details: The Village Hotel, 29 Pendwyallt Road Cardiff, CF14 7EF

The course still has a few more spaces available so we would encourage you to visit for more information. If you want to book on to this course, please go ahead with your booking via the website.
