We have introduced a new feature currently being tested. If you didn’t get the email, after a couple of minutes from creating/updating an agreement, you can select “edit/delete previous entries” from the Builder and click on “download” for the relevant agreement and the agreement should instantly download from there.
If this new feature doesn’t work, please let us know.
If you were expecting a tenancy agreement from the Tenancy Builder and it hasn’t arrived after about 10-15 minutes and, you also haven’t received any error emails, the first thing to do is check your spam/junk folder. Almost all enquiries we get find the emails in these folders. However, on rare occasion, our system experiences difficulty in sending to some email addresses (quite why we’re not sure and it is very rare). There seems to be a particular problem with Yahoo emails (.com or .co.uk) so if you have that kind of email address, our email to you may have been blocked by Yahoo. The first thing to try would be to edit the agreement and use a different email address if you have one. Gmail seems to be especially reliable and always seems to work. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can check our system log which will give us a report of the message we got back from your email provider (delivered, blocked, spam etc.).
