I think wait and see if they say anything. Then you will need to see just how much disruption there’s been.
However, the general rule is where a landlord is just carrying out a repair no compensation is payable. However, that general rule applies to normal repairs (such as faulty doors, boilers, windows etc.) that may become in disrepair during the course of a tenancy.
It will be a matter of degree as to whether anything beyond regular repairs would need compensation.
