end of 6 month tenancy

The 6 month tenancy agreement ends in 2 weeks, I would like to renew the tenancy agreement as a garden shed was built for the tenants in that 6mth period and I would like to include it in the new agreement. Also I would like to increase the rent due to the new shed. How do I go about this?

As long as the tenants agree, you can do a new agreement. The new agreement can include a rent increase but again only if the tenants agree to the increase.

For other ways to increase the rent (if they won’t agree), please see this guidance.
