question 3 is confusing, please help!
Tenancy is 10 years old and is periodic and is due on the last day of each month, not sure what to enter here

There has been no previous increases

    Yes, it is a silly part of the form and a common question!

    Because there hasn’t been a previous increase, the date will be the same as the date the new rent is to take effect from.

    do you have to give one months notice? so if served today it would be the 31st November?

    It’s at least one month plus the date inserted must be a rent day.

    If the rent day was payable on 15th of every month and you were serving today (4th) the date the rent is to take effect would be 15 November.
