Garage Rent Increase Template

A Word template as a suggested template for when increasing the rent on a garage. You must check the terms of your garage agreement very carefully as to when and how the rent is increased and follow it precisely.   

Often a garage agreement will allow a letter to increase the rent with a month's notice. Although we expressly refer to a garage, there's no reason why the template couldn't also be used for some other similar unit, such as a storage room example.
