Letter Asking Tenant to Maintain Garden

After an inspection, it might be found that the tenant is not looking after or maintaining the garden to the property to a satisfactory standard. 

This letter is a sample template for sending to the tenant, asking them to attend to the garden and ensure it is maintained. 

The template is in Rich Text Format (RTF) and will work on all word processors, including Microsoft Word.
