guarantor and possession

Where there is a guarantor, how do we include them on a possession claim? do we also put them on the notice? they dont live at the property

    You never include a guarantor in a possession claim. You only include tenants.

    Same applies to any notice.

    In order to request payment, a letter is the best way and we have templates available.
