The West of England group of local authorities has announced a new venue for the Landlord Expo 2010 to be held on Wednesday 28 April.

The new venue is the University of the West of England, Exhibition and Conference Centre and the expo will commence at 12.00 and finish at 7.00pm.

This will be the tenth annual Landlord Expo.

The Expo has gone from strength to strength and is seen as the event to attend for landlords in the West Country and beyond.

The Landlord Expo is organised by the West of England group of Local Authorities, namely:

  • Bath & North East Somerset Council
  • Bristol City Council
  • North Somerset Council
  • South Gloucestershire Council.

The event is also supported by the Bristol Association of Letting and Managing Agents (BALMA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. (ARLA).

Registering online will enable you to print a fast-track registration ticket for the day. If you are a company planning to exhibit then you can book your stand from the control panel on the expo website once registered.

The aim of the West of England Landlord Expo is to improve the private rented sector by sharing information with landlords, prospective landlords, letting agents and managers. There were around 60 exhibitors at the Expo 2009, along with 18 seminars running throughout the day. There were an estimated 600* visitors on the day.

Complimentary refreshments will be  available to delegates throughout the day.

On the day there will be information on many subjects from planning your finances to the current requirements for fire alarms in rented accommodation. Whether you are the owner of a large property portfolio including licensable houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), a small buy to let landlord, or are thinking of investing in the private rented sector then the Landlord Expo 2010 is the landlord exhibition for you.
