It is a legal requirement to carry out a gas safety inspection and produce a record annually.
This second Word template is suitable if notifications have been made to a tenant about entering for a gas safety inspection and issuing a certificate/record. Still, the contractor has been unable to gain access.
This is the second such letter that should be tried. There is another letter that should be used in the first instance.
