How do I add an additional tenant to existing tenancy agreement

    The only way to do this properly is to create a new tenancy agreement. It’s easiest if you just make it start from the next rent day although you can sign in advance if you like. That way the rent periods continue without interruption.

    Please also note that any deposit will need unprotecting and reprotecting.
