Death of tenant

4 Oct 2020 | 1 comment

Have a situation where the landlord (it’s a company let to a company name)

the actual tenant who was in the property is a director of that company

that tenant has died and the Conpany is still active

NTQ was served a last January and court proceedings initiated and hearing was stayed due to covid

No executor or will can be found as well

not sure what to do next in this situation
