Hi

We have been approached on behalf of an evicted tenant in respect of possibly entering into an IVA this is something new to us and we are not sure how this works and whether it would be beneficial to us can you advise if you are aware of how they work?

Although we’ve heard of them, it’s not something we’re familiar with.

Looking at this web page could be beneficial because regular payments are made to a practitioner, who then divides the payments between creditors. We guess it will depend on how many other debts there are and how many creditors.
