My tenant has reported a mouse in the property. Is it the landlords duty to deal with this?

    If you’ve used our agreement generally it will be the tenants responsibility as they will have agreed to sort it.

    It might be the landlord is liable if there is some structural repair that’s caused the entry (such as a hole in the exterior wall).
