We are the owners of a flat in Bath, which is one of eight in a two/three storey building. The flats are self managed (not managed in my opinion) with 2 directors at the helm of the company. One is about to leave and I am considering taking on the role. Could you offer any advice or point me in the direction of what needs to be done to do this task in accordance with all the rules and regulation’s.
