I wish to renew my tenants AST – is there anything in particular I should be aware of ?

At the end of our current AST the tenant wishes to remain in the property and have the security of a 1 year agreement. I would be happy with this arrangement.Is there a template for the document I would need to use ?

  The best thing to use for a renewal is always another tenancy agreement.
