Changing the Rent (England)

RENT INCREASES

I HAVE TWO PROPERTIES RENTED OUT BOTH HOUSES HAVE LONG TERM TENANTS WHO HAVE BEEN GREAT BUT I HAVE NOT INCREASED THE RENT FOR 7 YEARS. THEY ARE PAYING £675.00 MONTHLY. IS THERE A LIMIT AS TO THE INCREASE IN ONE GO I CAN DO. I WAS HOPEING TO PUT BOTH UP TO £700.00

    There is no limit – just that it be a market rent.
