have you any advice that you can give to landlords who have agreed for tenants to stay with a pet snake?

    Don’t let the tenant let it out!

    Otherwise, not really. It’s for the tenant to responsibly look after their pet. Perhaps check your insurance policy that such a consent is not contrary to the policy?
