Tenant hasn’t vacated after expiry of section 21

We have a tenant that has, under the advice of the local council remained in the property following the expiry of the section 21. Can we demand rent whilst we are waiting to start proceedings?

    Yes. Tenancy doesn’t end until bailiff attends or tenant ends the tenancy.
