Management Regulations (Add Terms to Tenancy Agreement)

All our tenancy agreements have the capability of the landlord adding clauses that may be specific to an individual property or simply an individual way of doing things. All our tenancy agreements require the tenant to comply with reasonable “management regulations”.

This document is in rich text format so is compatible with Word and all other word processors. Any specific clauses not already contained in the tenancy agreement should be inserted into this document, attached to the tenancy agreement and signed accordingly.

There is nothing much that we can think of that’s missing from any of the tenancy agreements, you might therefore want to run by us any additional clauses you intend to insert here in case we have excluded your clause for some legal reason. If we think your clause is a good suggestion, we may even consider inserting it into our main tenancy agreement at the next update.

The template when downloaded has a couple of sample terms which can be deleted, one allowing a pet and the conditions / regulations surrounding that consent and the other to do with parking a car in a rear yard. Both are samples only and can be deleted for insertion of your own clauses.
