Request for Direct Payment to Assist Securing a Tenancy

Under Regulation 96(3A)(b) Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, a new direct payment to landlord is available if “the relevant authority considers that it will assist the claimant in securing or retaining a tenancy”. This document is a notice for seeking direct payment under that provision.
