It’s one of the worst jobs to do but sometimes a tenant may fail the references and or credit checks and their application may be rejected. This letter politely informs the prospective tenant that their application for the property has been unsuccessful. It also allows for the administration or reservation fee to be returned in full by way of a postal order.

The letter and postal order should be sent special delivery to ensure you can prove delivery and the cashing of the postal order.
