Rent is due on the day it falls including a Saturday or Sunday except for a bank holiday in which case it’s the following day.
I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a manual payment when it falls on a weekend where a standing order is setup because the standing order would need to cancelled (to stop a double payment on Monday) and then reinstated after the manual payment.
You wouldn’t really be able to properly chase the unpaid money until Monday anyway by which time it will have been paid.
