I have no problem with that at all.
When I recently did a long lease via a solicitor which was a deed (we were letting a commercial unit for many years so it had to be a deed), the whole signing was done this way but the tenants solicitor insisted on me sending the original “wet ink” version of the tenancy agreement to them. (Which didn’t bother me).
I still laugh at this though because actually what they don’t realise to this day is that I actually signed it on a computer with a digital signature. There was therefore never any “ink” used!
