I issued a section 21 to a tenant about one month ago. He has returned from a mental health hospital yesterday and all the other tenants in the flats are very concerned about their safety as this tenant was escorted out by police when he was hallucinating and shouting in the flat and had possibly taken drug overdose.
As a landlord how do I manage this situation as the other tenant are considering to leave as they are worried. I was never aware of that this tenant had mental health issues when i gave him a tenancy agreement.
Any advise with this delicate issues would be appreciated

The only way is to wait for the section 21 to expire and then act on that by obtaining a court order.
