Please select the country where the property is located.

Please note: only assured shorthold tenancies are available currently via this builder. Please see here for the contractual tenancy if you need that one. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme operated by the Dispute Service is not currently supported on this system. If you need that one, please download here for the time being.

Update History

Updates January 2018

All tenancy agreements for use in England have been updated to incorporate the new How to Rent Guide published by DCLG.

Updates April 2017

From now on, when downloading the final agreement, it should open directly in your browser and won’t download to your computer. Some customers were unsure of their computer settings and not sure where downloads go by default. This should fix that problem.

A new option in the guarantor section is available to have multiple guarantors on a single tenancy. This option produces a mostly blank PDF with just landlord name and tenancy address inserted. You will then be able to add in the details for each guarantor as follows:

single tenant you wish the guarantor to be for (must match name in tenancy agreement precisely)

guarantor name

guarantor address

date of agreement (or insert “DRAFT – for information only” if draft)

After you have entered this information, you should print/save the form and then edit again with the next guarantor and tenant details. Repeat until all completed.

Updates March 2017

Added option for weekly rent (although we don’t recommend using this option – calendar monthly is always best).

Updates January 2017 - F00? 01/17

Product code F00? 01/17

the no deposit agreement has had new wording added for if there’s a bond scheme in connection with the tenancy (confirming deductions which may be made)

the insurance clause has had a small wording improvement

a small number of users reported the email address in the tenancy being cut off at the bottom (g’s and y’s for example). This should now be fixed

an appliance clause has been added which contracts the landlord out of repairing or replacing an appliance (although we recommend landlords still repair appliances but this clause will assist if it’s believed the tenant has caused the need for repair)

pests and vermin clause has had small wording change

deposit clause has been modified to further clarify deductions which may be made

waste clause slightly modified

the deposit agreements have been rearranged a little. This was because we needed to add a new page and so we had to move various paragraphs around to make it fit neater.

Creating an agreement with the builder

Below is a video showing creating a blank agreement with the builder. Any fields you complete (such as dates, landlord and tenant details etc.) will be inserted into the produced agreement automatically.

As the produced document is a PDF, you will need some way of viewing it such as the free adobe reader.
