I have a Mini-MO. Recently the boiler packed up. I have Or a look over with SSE electricity. There are notified straight away but unfortunately they have messed us about a little bit and as a result there has been no hot water or heating in the building for five days. Now some of the towns I wanting compensation for this. What are my options.

A landlord is not in breach of the obligation to repair (and as such no compensation payable) if the repair is carried out “with reasonable expedition”.
