Hi, Do you think it’s a good idea or not to print out the actual ‘How to Rent’ guide and include it with the Section 21 court documents? being a prescribed document under the Oct 2015 rules should it be one of the attached documents or is it OK to just answer the question YES, put the date it was provided but then not print and attach the actual guide?

Probably leave it out for now. The new form has a checklist of documents at the back and the how to rent guide is specifically excluded.
You can always produce what you gave if it’s raised as a question.
