Section 21 Notice Wizard

Important: Please realise a little time and patience is needed because since the Superstrike decision and subsequent Deregulation Act 2015 changes, a section 21 notice where a deposit has been taken is only possible where the deposit was perfectly protected and information given.

Before proceeding, please ensure you have the following in front of you:

  • First tenancy agreement and current tenancy (if more than one)
  • Deposit protection certificate (showing date of protection)
  • Prescribed information relating to the deposit

This guidance may seem long winded and technical but it is to ensure you have the best possible chance of succeeding with any possession action.

Please read and answer each question carefully, most of which are yes or no answers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
