Important: Please realise a little time and patience is needed because since the Superstrike decision and subsequent Deregulation Act 2015 changes, a section 21 notice where a deposit has been taken is only possible where the deposit was perfectly protected and information given.

- First tenancy agreement and current tenancy (if more than one)
- Deposit protection certificate (showing date of protection)
- Prescribed information relating to the deposit
