Question

Deposits and Tenancy Deposit Schemes (England) | Tenancy Agreements (England)

advance rental contract

18 Aug 2017 | 1 comment

I have agreed with my prospective tenant that they pay the entire 6 month’s rental in advance. Does this information need to be built into the Tenancy Agreement, as your form does not permit this facility, and will we need to supply a new Agreement at the end of the fixed term?

You are right that taking six months in advance does need special adjustment.

At the moment it’s not part of the builder but we have a replacement front page which you can download here.
