We have a care company interested in renting a room from us for one of their employees (just one to start with, but there seems to be potential for more). This is not a R2R arrangement; we would only allow a specific named individual to occupy the room, but the company has requested that theĀ tenancy agreement be in their name rather than directly between us and the occupant of the room. Our lender and insurer seem quite happy with the proposal; please can you advise on how we should set up the paperwork for this arrangement? Thanks.

For a company letting, you would use the “contractual tenancy” which is available in the Tenancy Builder under “tenancy type” near the top of the first page.
You can also see more information about tenancy types here.
