I’ve been approached by a property sourcing group about one of my available properties.
They have said the following:
“We would take the tenancy on for a minimum of 1 year and then would re-let the property on a nightly basis, anything from 2 nights to 6 months, depending on their needs.The Company would be responsible for the rent, bills and low maintenance issues throughout the tenancy. They would also send in professional cleaners at least 3 times a week. Please let me know if your landlord is happy with this”
If the landlord was happy, would this be a Company Let or Rent to Rent arrangement?
