Considering letting to a company

Not considered letting a house to a company before.
What are the special precautions/procedures and are there any additional/particular forms that require to be used?

    This all depends what the company plan on doing with the property.

    If they are occupying (i.e. a director of the company or employees only) then you would use a contractual tenancy (a company let can never be an assured shorthand tenancy).

    If however, they are planning to sub-let the property, it becomes very complex for which see here.
