I am just signing up a new tenant agreement for house share in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on separate AST (Done on GRL tenancy builder), the tenant has asked how much notice to leave I would have to give her if i.e. I sold the house or something? So just double checking the current notice periods for tenant and Landlord as they have been changing several times recently, Thank you.

You’re right that it keeps changing!
At this very moment of writing, it’s six months notice required but under normal circumstances it’s two months.
