Applying to Court for Possession — Accelerated Procedure (England) | Ending a Tenancy (England) | England

Do I need to attach a PoC with form N5B

26 Feb 2021 | 1 comment

Hi

I am about to submit an accelerated possession claim.

I understand the relevant form is N5B.

Is there a particulars of claim I need to accompany or just the form itself would suffice.
I also understand I don’t have to give a ground for the claim but if I want to let the court know for example the property is on the sale where do I include the information?

pkease advise.

thanks

    Hi

I am about to submit an accelerated possession claim.

I understand the relevant form is N5B.

Is there particulars of claim and/or a cover letter I need to accompany or just the form itself would suffice.
I also understand I don’t have to give ground for the claim but can I tell the judge, for example, the property is on sale and there is outstanding rent and if so where do I include the information?

    please advise.

    thanks
