Deposits and Tenancy Deposit Schemes (England) | Tenancy Agreements (England)

Do I need to take any action with regard to DPS

2 Jun 2017 | 1 comment

I have a tenancy which will expire shortly. The deposit is lodged with DPS. The tenant will enter into a new 1 year agreement and we have agreed to keep the deposit where it is. Do I need to contact DPS? The website seems to suggest not.

Assuming it’s with the custodial scheme of the DPS (where they hold the deposit), no action is necessary.
