Hi, I have obtained the order of possession notice and have also obtained an issue of warrant. My tenant will not leave unless bailiffs evict her so that she can get help from the council for accomodation. I believe the county court of Chelmsford will not appoint bailiffs due to covid restrictions. I need to get the property back as soon as possible as sale of said property is at an advanced stage. I there anything I can do?
The tenant is up to date and still paying rent.
