Fire Assessment

Our FRA requires us to replace the flat entrance doors to comply.

We are currently arranging for this work to be done.

If there was an inspection from the Authorities in the interim, prior replacements being installed, what is our risk and liability, if any

It’s a bit difficult to know because would need much more information. But, as long as you’re on with it and it’s done soon, that’s what we would have advised in any event.

The serious penalties are usually reserved for those who know about an issue and then fail to act or do anything.

Please see here for some basic information (scroll down to the fire safety heading).
