generic statement that shows charges and costs for advert

Do you have a generic statement that shows charges and costs associated with renting the property based on the AST agreement that the tenancy builder creates, that can be included in my advert for renting a property?

Just I’ve seen such info.written on all adverts for rentals.

    We don’t have a sample on the website as yet but have added your suggestion to our form ideas list for implementation.

    To add, there are no charges that can be made when letting a property. Please see here for details.

    However, please see below a couple of descriptions we have personally used recently. The first one was for a brand new fully refurbished one-bedroom flat and the second was for a 2-bedroom house which was fully decorated but wasn’t a full refurb. Both were let within a week after advertising on Rightmove via Mashroom.

    1-Bed flat (fully refurbished)

    Spacious brand new fully refurbished one bedroom flat for rent located in Harrogate Town Centre

    The property has been fully refurbished throughout including:

    • brand new double glazing throughout
    • brand new kitchen
    • brand new bathroom
    • brand new wooden laminate flooring
    • brand new LED lighting throughout
    • Highly energy efficient boiler

    The property benefits from a highly efficient boiler for the gas central heating and the property is double-glazed throughout.

    Suit single person or couple.

    Home-owning guarantor required in all cases.

    Deposit required and right to rent checks will be carried out.

    2-Bed House (not refurbished)

    Spacious 2-bedroom house comprising living room, separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

    The property is located within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre.

    The property benefits from a highly efficient boiler for the gas central heating and the property is double-glazed throughout.
